General Information Ⅰ.FOREWORD
After the accession of WTO, the Chinese coating market tended to international market, and a lot of foreign enterprises came into our country. In view of the Development of China's Western Regions, the construction of the Olympic Games?stadiums, the increment of important engineering and residential district, and related policies promulgation, the coating industry will keep growing at top speed in the following years. But as fast as the economic growth and the higher standard of living, volatile organic compounds and poisonous substance have been strictly restricted in the world. Additional ,the optimization of resin formulation and the development of auxiliary have also been limited. In nineties of 20th century, “Green Revolution ?expanded worldwide ,which made the coating industry head in the green direction. Now the “green?coating becomes main stream in the market, the market share increases with years.
China is the third country of production and consumption of coating, the annual production and consumption are over 200,000 ton.. The market capacity is over 20 billion RMB. At present, it still has been growing by20-30 percent every year. Now top ten enterprises of coatings have entered into Chinese market. They Occupy China market through setting general agent and opening factory. Building up National Brand is a pressing mission for coating industry.
2007 China International Coat Exhibition, which is sponsored by Shanghai Coatings and Dyestuff Trade Association and Shanghai Environmental Protection Industry Association, will be carried out in Shanghai New International Expo Center.

1. Publishing the information and inviting viewers in the form of advertisement and coverage ,which depends on cooperating various disseminators.
2. Posting the invitations and tickets freely to the investors registered before the exhibition
3. Printing 1,000,000 pieces of visitor ticket, sending them to the professional personages through the data base of global buyers which installed by the organization unit. Additional, through various industry commonalty, organizing official sightseeing party、commercial sightseeing party and expert panel to conduct .
4. Drawing up that make large advertisement and promotion on 50 related global medias.
5. Organizing special viewers through newspapers、magazine、broadcasting station、network and fax.

Ⅸ. Procedure of the exhibition
1. Complete the application form of the exhibition item by item, then send it to the organization unit by E-mail or fax.
2. After the application is confirmed, please pay the 50% exhibition fees (down payment) by telegraph or send it to the organization unit directly in 7 days.
3. After making the remittance ,please fax the money order to the organization unit to check, the financial affairs will make out the invoice on the spot. Meanwhile the organizing committee will post the exhibitor “advice note?before March
